Brothers and Sisters,
This message is for all Inside Wiremen and Apprentices.
In our first two job flyers you were asked to keep Thursday, May 28th open for a special contract meeting. Please note: There is no special meeting Thursday night. Instead, remark your calendars for this Sunday, May 31st.
Sunday’s specially called meeting is to inform the Inside Wire Unit of the status of negotiations, hold a contract vote and a separate strike authorization vote.
Sunday’s meeting will be held at ShoWare Center located at 625 W. James St., Kent, WA 98032. Doors will open at 2:00 pm. Please come early for a 2:30 start. Doors to ShoWare will remain open for voting until 6:00 pm. Please be sure to bring a current dues receipt.
I know this meeting is Sunday, and it’s usually a day to spend with your families, but please remember this vote is about your future and your family’s future. Your attendance is crucial! Please attend.
Jim Tosh, Business Manager
